No change-of-mind returns
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only provided if a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at admin@cliveandco.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
Claims must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order. After this time, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
Refund process
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalise and post the refund.
