Shipping destinations
Clive&Co now ships worldwide! Shipping is available to Australia, the UK, Ireland, major European countries, the USA, Canada, and New Zealand with all costs and details provided at checkout for a straightforward purchase.
If you are outside these regions, shipping is still available — a custom quote and invoice will be provided. Please email admin@cliveandco.com.au for assistance.
Shipping costs
- Australia: Flat-rate shipping of $12.00 (tracking included) for up to 4 copies.
- International: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and quantity of books. Due to Australia’s remote location, international postage can be expensive, but all costs are provided upfront before purchase.
All orders are sent via standard post. A 'rush my order' express option is available for Australian customers. This will mean your order will be fulfilled first and sent out within one to two business days.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 – 6 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are determined by postal services. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to possible delays outside of Clive&Co’s control.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Clive&Co is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact admin@cliveandco.com.au as soon as possible. Clive&Co will work with the postal service to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
Pre-orders
Products listed as pre-order will not ship until the specified release date. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.
